How to Apply GATE Exam 2023 Application form:
The candidates who want to apply for the GATE Exam 2023 must visit the official site of the GATE. Then after visiting the official site, the candidates must register on the site or login onto the site. Then they must click on the apply online option and then fill the application form of the same. Then after filling the details in the form, they must submit the form along with the application fees.

Application fees –
The candidates who want to apply for the GATE 2023 Examination must pay the application fees for the same. The application fee for the GATE Exam is Rs.1500 for the General and the OBC category candidates while it is Rs.750 for the SC/ST category candidates.
Virtual Calculator-
During the online examination manual calculator will not be allowed. An only a virtual calculator will be allowed. Gate Virtual Calculator contains all necessary mathematical functions and operations. Candidates can use this calculator during the numerical answer-type questions.
Exam Pattern –
There is only 1 paper in the Examination which is of a total of 100 marks. There will be 65 Objective Type Questions (MCQs). Out of 65 Questions, 10 questions will be from the General Aptitude Section and will be carrying a total of 15 marks. A duration of 3 hours will be given to complete the paper of Examination.

GATE Syllabus 2023:
The GATE exam is conducted for a total of 23 papers. The applicants are needed to choose the only paper which they want to give. Each subject has its own syllabus. GATE Exam 2023 Admit Card:
GATE Admit card will be available in the mid of January 2023. Candidates can simply enter their credential and admit card will be displayed. During the examination, a candidate must bring one Id proof with admit card.
ID proof is:
Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Valid College ID, Employee identification card, or Driving License. For international students, only valid Passport/ Government issued ID/College ID/ Employee ID will be accepted as ID proof.

GATE 2023 Answer key, Cut off a Counselling:
The official answer key will be issued in the second week of Feb 2023. Candidates can also challenge the answer key with nominal fees. After the final publication of the answer key, the result will be issued on the website. The candidate can download the scorecard in mid of March 2023. No common counseling will be conducted by the IITs for providing admission to PG courses. Counseling is purely based on GATE 2023 scores.
