Chef and owner Bjorn Shen runs the 100-seat main restaurant Artichoke, which is located in the center of Singapore’s arts sector and is passionately focused on food with Middle Eastern influences. It is a location where food is always impromptu and occasionally extravagant, prioritizing substance over style.

Additionally, Bjorn opened Bird Bird in 2015, a run-down Thai restaurant with a menu that included milk tea slushies, Thai fried chicken, and Chiang Mai curry noodles. He now serves as a judge of the show MasterChef Singapore.

Damian D’Silva:

 

Chef Damian began working in the kitchens of both his grandmother and grandfather at a young age in exchange for free labor. His curiosity about how so many elements could be combined to create such delicious meals drew him to the kitchen.

His grandmother was adamant that Peranakan food was the most intricate and varied that Singapore has to offer, but his grandfather was a skilled chef who could prepare Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Eurasian dishes.

Audra Morrice:

 

Audra Morrice a TV host, Audra Morrice is a chef, an author, and the creator of her line of all-natural, gluten-free products. Audra, a graduate of both Economics and Japanese, gave up her lucrative position in telecommunications to pursue her love of cooking.

Her time as a finalist on MasterChef Australia 2012 marked the beginning of her career in the culinary arts. She now serves as a judge of the show MasterChef Singapore.
