INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING APPLICATION FORM:
- An incomplete or wrongly filled Admission form is liable to be rejected.
- Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of this Application form for any
further inquiry. - Application form without a valid mobile number is liable to be rejected. It must fill mobile number as information related to the user name/Password to access the admission site will be sent to the mobile number mentioned on this application form so that candidate can update their education qualification details, upload an image (Matric Mark sheet, Signature of candidate, Photograph, Date of Birth Certificate). Make a fee payment for the complete submission of this application form on the admission website and participate in the online counselling procedure as given on the website.

- Counselling notifications will be declared online on the official site of the authority.
- Read all the Counselling notifications carefully.
- Counselling Process will be done on the basis of the Merit list.
- Merit list will be generated on the basis of Maths, Science, and English Subject of Class 10th.
- Candidate must be registered online for online counselling.
