Blind Auditions:
These are the auditions that are televised on the show, where the singers perform while facing away from the judges. When a judge feels a vocalist has potential, they can “turn around” by pressing a button and express interest in having the singer work with them on the show.
Battle rounds:
Following the Blind Auditions, the singers are split up into teams, with a judge coaching each team. The coach then has to decide which singer moves on to the next stage as the singers fight against one another in “battles,” where they both perform the same song.
Sing-off:
This is the round where a predetermined number of vocalists are removed from the competition. Following each singer’s solo performance, the judges select which performer advances to the next round and which is eliminated.
Final live performance:
The competition’s final phase, where the finalists sing in front of an audience live. Either the judges’ verdict or an audience vote determines the winner.

Tomasz Kamel is a Polish television host, writer, journalist, trainer, producer, and occasionally an actor. Member of the Polish Society of Business Trainers and founder of the Association of Professional Speakers in Poland.
He was a student radio host on Musical Radio FM. After that, he relocated to Warsaw and started working at Radio Wawa. After his return to TVP, he has been anchoring the following shows for the station:
