Nationality:

The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Domicile is necessary for reservation benefits.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have done a master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks.
Applicants must be passed National Eligibility Test (NET) or Jharkhand State Eligibility Test (SET).

Age Limits:

For the posts of Assistant Professor (regular), the Applicants’ age must not be more than 50 years and for the Assistant Professor (Backlog) profile applicants, the maximum age can be 53 years.
Age relaxation may be available as per the government rules for the reserved category applicants.
