NABBA MALE COMPETITIONS:
Men’s Sports Shorts:
In this category, all contestants are required to be defined with abs but not a bulky physique. This is more like a beauty contest rather than a bodybuilding event, & the judges are looking for well-toned body composition & symmetry.
Men’s Bodybuilding:
All participants shall have an overall muscular development & weigh a maximum of 80kg to take part. The judges are looking for symmetry of body composition & equal development of body parts.
NABBA FEMALE COMPETITIONS:
Miss Bikini:
In this Miss Bikini event, the participant shall wear a one or two-piece bikini with a natural tan that shows off their physique. The judges are looking at the women for musculature, beauty, and personality.
Miss Toned Figure:
This competition is more of a beauty event, & participants must not have too much musculature & must allude confidence in their presentation on stage. The judges are looking at women for their athletic figures, balance, & symmetry.
Miss Athletic Figure:
In this event, athletic & feminine women were challenged. All participants must have muscle definition & low body fat, & the judges are looking at the women for a healthy balance & musculature.
Miss Trained Figure:
The participant should have a trained look with a feminine shape, & they will have low body fat without being too developed or defined that it takes away from their femininity. The judges are looking at the women for musculature, beauty, and well-balanced body definition.

Rules and Regulation:
- The competitor should be a member of the NABBA to compete in the event.
- Participants can only be challenged in one contest.
- To qualify as a junior event, your age should be 20 years old.
- The Senior athlete’s age should be over 45 years.
- All participants are permitted to use tanning colors.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to disqualification.
