Dancee Plus, also referred to as Dancee + informally, is a reality television dance competition series in Telugu that made its Star Maa debut on December 27, 2020. The producer of the show is OAK Entertainment House. The auditions for the show were held all throughout India from November 1, 2020, to November 30, 2020.

The presenter and host of the show is Ohmkar, while the mentors are Yashwanth, Anee, Baba Bhaskar, Monal Gajjar, Mumaith Khan, and Vishwa Raghu. Sanket Sahadev, the show’s champion, took home a ₹20 lakh reward. The grand finale of the inaugural season aired on May 23, 2021.

What is the Format:

From the audition rounds, Dancee Plus Telugu judges selected twelve contestants/groups. Then the groups/participants are divided up among the six judges. As a result, every judge is coaching two teams or competitors. In this series, dancers from a wide range of dance styles—soloists, duos, and larger groups—compete for a grand prize.

The competitors dance to a different song, a new theme, and a different style each week, and the judges assign points. A judge is eliminated as well if they are removed by both teams. The thirteenth contestant used a wildcard entry.
