• The Challenge World Championship was a spin-off series of the MTV reality competition show, The Challenge.
• The show featured past winners & notable applicants from various international versions of the show, competing in a tournament-style format for a cash prize.
• The cast included 24 applicants from around the world, including winners from the UK, Germany, Spain, and other countries.
• The format involved four teams, each representing a different region: Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
• The teams competed in a series of challenges, with the winning team earning immunity from elimination.
• The losing teams then had to vote one member into the elimination round, where they would face off against a member from another team.

The Challenge World Championship Season 1 premiered on 08 March 2023. The series is hosted by the hosts of the four spin-off seasons: Brihony Dawson, Mark Wright, Marley, and T.J. Lavin. The season consisted of eight episodes and was filmed in Cape Town, South Africa.

Mark Wright:

Mark Wright is a British television personality, radio presenter, and model. He was born on January 20, 1987, in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, England. Wright hosts the series The Challenge: UK. 

He has also appeared on other reality shows such as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and Strictly Come Dancing. In addition to his TV work, Wright has hosted radio shows for Heart FM and presented shows for ITV2, including Take Me Out: The Gossip and Mark Wright’s Hollywood Nights.

Brihony June Dawson:

Brihony June Dawson is an Australian television presenter, sports commentator, and singer. In 2022, they were billed as the first non-binary presenter to front a major TV show in Australia, as well as the first non-binary host of The Challenge reality TV franchise.
